Celebrate Juneteenth by Supporting Unhoused Black Communities

For the past six years, We Have Stories has mobilized communities to uplift and support neighbors facing hardship. This Juneteenth, we're dedicating our efforts specifically to providing vital care packages and direct cash support to 100 unhoused Black individuals.

Our Goal

We aim to raise $20,000 to create comprehensive care packages, including cash aid, filled with essential items requested most by unhoused Black community members. Your generous donation helps provide:

🧦 Everyday Essentials:

• Socks (the most requested item)

• Gloves

• Waterproof bags for personal belongings

• Coin purses

🧴 Personal Care Items:

• Toothbrushes and toothpaste

• Deodorant

• Wet wipes

• Sunscreen

• Nail clippers

• Bandages

🥜 Nourishment & Comfort:

• Water bottles

• Single-serving snacks like trail mix, nuts, and crackers

• Tuna & cracker packs

🃏 Recreational & Mental Wellbeing:

• Playing cards

• Notebooks and pens

💵 Direct Financial Support:

• Cash assistance to offer immediate relief and autonomy
